Ownership and title in the goods do not pass to the Customer until full payment has been received.
Order acknowledgements are emailed. The order acknowledgement is not a guarantee to supply and it is not an invoice. Customers should always check their acknowledgement to ensure that their order is correct.
We will always only email the order invoice unless you specifically ask for a paper copy to be included with the order.
You must be 18 years or over to make web, email and/or catalogue purchases.
There is no minimum or maximum order unless such is specified in a particular promotion or advertisement.
Payment for your order is to be made via Paypal. This ensures that Vimanika Comics UK do not take/save/use your debit or credit card details. Any payments made are completed within Paypal’s own Secure (HTTPS) systems. You are not required to create an account with Paypal to make a payment.
We will always aim to provide accurate images for all products but occasionally the correct image may not be available, this normally would occur due to final artwork not being available.Free gifts are only available whilst stocks last and can be removed at any time.
The Vimanika Comics India reserve the right to change, add or remove or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please check the T&C periodically.
